I typed the following bookmark tri-folds for students to complete during the beginning of the year. My students always have a hard time sticking to one book, and it can take a while keeping track of which books they are reading and what page they are on. So, I created these mini-bookmark book reports that they will be assigned to do TWICE a month. They will have to complete one fiction and one nonfiction.
I do have a little rubric at the end of the tri-fold where I count the AR score as part of the grade. I plan to average the tri-fold score and the AR score together to get the final grade.
You can also easily add this to your reading workshop rotations. Students can read their chapter book during ‘Read to Self’ and then work on their bookmark during the week. This will keep them focused!
They are a free printable at my TPT store.
