I think it’s very important to have a folder specifically for weekly tests and a behavior report. Having a test folder prevents important papers from getting mixed up with daily work or homework. Enjoy the free printables!
WEEKLY TESTS
As soon as I finished graded weekly tests, I would file them in the green hanging folders. The hanging folders were labeled with numbers 1-18, so I can easily reuse them each year.
Student tests were then put inside their weekly test folders and sent home on Thursday. Parents are required to sign and return any D or F papers. Students return their test folder the next day and place it in the bin as shown (bottom of blog post).

BEHAVIOR REPORT
All third grade teachers send a weekly behavior report home. This paper lets parents know where students are doing well and what they need to improve.
WHERE TO BUY
I bought all of the materials needed at Wal-Mart. You can also purchase them online by clicking on each image below – these are Amazon affiliate links.
Students take home these weekly test folders. The take home folders include weekly tests and a weekly behavior sheet. Download the pages for free using the links above.
Julie Montagna
Hello. I am very interested in the Cover sheet you have on your Reading Resources pic that goes with the Wonders Reading program. I have searched and searched and can not find it in your TpT store. Can you tell me where to find it? Thanks
