I have finished the data binder for the common core math standards for third grade!  I am so very happy as to how it turned out.  Below are some pictures with a quick note about each.  I will update later with more information.

Guided Math Binder Cover
I typed up a pre-assessment for each standard. These questions are not multiple choice. I felt that open response would give more detail into what the students understand.

There is also a space at the bottom for teacher notes and a student reflection.
This is where you can record the student scores of the pre-assessments. There is also space for student progress throughout the year. Each standard should not just be taught and move on. All concepts are connected and built upon.
This sheet is to keep track of when you meet with students for one-on-one conferences. You can quickly see who you have met with.
This is the actual one-on-one conference sheet.
This is a lesson plan format for small groups. I tried my best to include all the important aspects.
This is a class view of the status of the class. There are a total of 5 pages – one for each main topic. You can quickly see where the class is strong/weak and plan accordingly.
